What we actually do

Clean, line, cure, camera again.

The old line is hydro jetted clean so the liner bonds to a sound surface. A resin-saturated liner is pulled or inverted through the pipe from the access point, pressed against the wall, and cured in place. When it sets, the result is a smooth, jointless pipe inside the old one.

Branch connections are reopened from inside, and the finished line is cameraed end to end so you can see the result. The access pit is small, usually at the cleanout or a single dig at one end.

01Does trenchless work on any sewer line?

No. The old pipe has to hold its shape so the liner has something to form against. Collapsed sections and bellies need open repair first. Cracks, root intrusion and leaking joints in a round pipe are ideal for lining.

02Does the liner reduce the pipe size?

Slightly, by the thickness of the liner. The new pipe is smooth and jointless, so flow is usually as good as or better than the old rough pipe.

03How long does a trenchless repair take?

Most residential linings are completed in a day, including curing. We tell you the schedule with the quote.

04Is trenchless cheaper than digging?

Per foot of pipe, often not. Including restoration of a driveway, patio or landscaping, often yes. We quote both when both are possible and let you compare.

05Can you line a pipe under my house?

Yes, if it holds its shape. Lining from the cleanout avoids tunneling under the slab, which is one of the best uses of the method.
