The Memorial area west of the Loop, along Memorial Drive and I-10 out to Beltway 8, is full of well-kept 1960s and 70s homes. Many still run on their original galvanized supply pipe and cast iron drains, which is why leak repair, repipes and slab leak detection are our most common Memorial calls. Our trucks are on the Memorial corridor every week.

If you own a Memorial home built in the 60s or 70s, you have probably met the symptoms: pressure that drops when two faucets run, water that comes out brown after a holiday, a damp patch on a wall with no obvious cause. That is galvanized supply pipe at the end of its life. We patch single leaks when that makes sense, and we quote a whole-home repipe in PEX or copper when patching would just move the problem to the next joint.
Below the slab, shifting clay works on old lines until they crack. We locate slab leaks with listening and pressure equipment before anything is opened, and we camera cast iron drains before recommending a repair. Every option comes with a upfront price, and we choose the material and the route through the house to keep walls and floors intact wherever possible.
Short drive, proper diagnosis, price upfront.
We inspect the whole system first and quote PEX and copper side by side, with the walls that would need opening marked in advance.
Call 281-612-1015A plumber takes the details and, for leaks, asks the questions that tell us whether to bring detection equipment.
Trucks head straight to the Memorial corridor from our Houston office. We call before we arrive so you know who is coming.
We inspect, locate the leak or camera the drain, and give you the options and the upfront price. Nothing starts until you approve it.
Most repairs finish the same day. Repipes are scheduled room by room with water kept on wherever possible.
Memorial homes are our home turf. A few numbers.
