The camera head carries a transmitter, and a locator above ground marks the fault to the foot, with depth. We dig or tunnel only there, cut out the failed section, and tie in new PVC with proper fall and solid bedding so the soil cannot sag it again.

Under-slab repairs are tunneled from outside the foundation wherever the layout allows, which keeps your floors and finishes intact. The new section is tested under load and inspected before anything is backfilled.

01Do I need a repair or a full replacement?

The camera decides. One or two faults in an otherwise sound line are repaired as sections. A line that is cracked along its length, badly bellied or collapsing in several places is replaced. We show you the footage either way.

02Will you have to break my floors?

Usually not. Under-slab sewer lines are reached by tunneling from outside the foundation. We only open a slab from inside when there is no tunnel route.

03Why do Houston sewer lines break so often?

Clay soil. It swells when wet and shrinks when dry, moving the pipe with it. Older cast iron and clay pipe cracks at the joints as the ground moves, and roots find the cracks.

04How long does a sewer repair take?

A spot repair in the yard is often finished the same day. A tunnel under the slab takes longer, and we tell you the schedule with the quote.

05Is the estimate really free?
